Hoardings and Google Ads, run by the same team.

Most agencies do one or the other. We book the site on the bypass and the campaign that retargets whoever drove past it, then report both against the same number: enquiries that turned into customers.

Where the money actually goes

Nine services on the list. Most clients start with two and add the third once the first two are paying.

Ground and outdoor

Hoardings, unipoles, bus shelters, vehicle wraps, mall kiosks, roadshows and sampling. We negotiate the site, handle print and mounting, and send you dated photographs of every installation that went up.

  • Dated site photographs, not a promise
  • Print and mounting handled by us
  • The rate card, so you can check what we paid

Performance marketing

We do not report impressions. You get cost per qualified enquiry every week, and campaigns that cannot clear your number get switched off rather than defended.

  • Cost per enquiry, reported weekly
  • Landing pages built, not just linked
  • Ad accounts in your name, always

Monthly retainer plus ad spend

SEO and local search
Search 03

SEO and local search

Technical fixes first, then the pages and the links. Map pack and Google Business Profile work for businesses whose customers search with 'near me' and pick from the top three.

  • Technical audit in week one
  • Google Business Profile actively managed
  • Rank tracking you can log into yourself

3–6 months before movement is worth judging

Also on the list

Branding and creative

Naming, logo, identity, packaging, motion and photography. The guidelines are written so your own team can apply them.

Social media management

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Calendars, reels and community replies, with the founders reviewing the hooks.

Media and PR

Media planning and buying, print and digital PR, press releases, and the reputation work nobody enjoys but everyone eventually needs.

Events and activations

Launches, exhibitions, trade shows, college events and roadshows, from the stall design to the staff standing in it.

WhatsApp, email and CRM

Lifecycle journeys, broadcasts and a CRM set up so a lead cannot quietly go cold in someone's inbox.

AI content and chat

Copy and video drafts, an assistant that qualifies enquiries out of hours, and scoring so sales calls the warm ones first.

What lands in your inbox, and when

A retainer that only produces a monthly PDF is a retainer nobody reads. This is the rhythm instead.

When What happens Who does it
Week one Audit, access, tracking fixed, and the number we will be judged on agreed in writing Us, with your sign-off
Every Monday A one-page sheet: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, what changed Us
Every fortnight Creative refresh — new hooks and cuts, and whatever flopped gets killed Us
Every month A call with our team, not an account manager Ayush or Avaneesh
Any day Your ad accounts, analytics and rank tracker, in your name You, whenever you like

What we need from you: someone who answers enquiries within the hour. The best campaign in the world cannot survive a lead sitting unread until Monday.

How we report

Weekly One page, plain numbers, no dashboard tour required
Your accounts Every platform stays in your name and your billing
Rate cards What we paid for media, not just what we charged
30 days Notice period. Leave whenever it stops working

What we will not promise

  • Guaranteed rankings or a fixed number of leads. Anybody who guarantees those is either lying or about to spend your money badly.
  • Results from ads pointed at a weak page with nobody following up. The leads will land and then rot, and we will both be embarrassed.
  • Media bought in your name without showing you the rate card. If a vendor will not show you what they paid, that is the reason to ask.

Tell us who you are trying to reach.

The city, the customer and what a good month looks like in rupees. We will come back with where we would put the money first, and what we would not bother with yet.
